Crust

Why Crust Pizza ?

Because Costa is a ciclismo cyclist ....

About Crust Pizza

A Crust is born… In 2001 Costa Anastasiadis & Michael Logos identified a hole in the Australian pizza market. The industry was made up of either the big chains, which focused on fast delivery with mediocre products and limited choice, and the independent operators who offered high quality products, but with limited, or no delivery service.

Costa & Michael took the best of both worlds and created a niche in the market place, since day one the response was phenomenal, revolutionising the perception of pizza delivery. Since then our stores have become market leaders in delivery of gourmet pizza within their local areas.

We have created a point of differentiation between ourselves and our competitors. Our focus has always been on delivering across four key areas:

Health:   offering customers a healthier fast food alterntive

Freshness:   using only the freshest ingredients

Quality:   providing a consistently high quality product

Efficiency:   delivering thei products quickly and efficiently.

We have been working actively last year at increasing our profiling and brand awareness and since February 2008 Crust has achevied many milestones and awards. We were placed 8th in BRW's annual Fast Franchise list based on outlet growth and 14th based on revenue growth.

We were also awarded an Encouragement Award at the National Retailers Rewards for Excellence, a finalist at the Australian Retail Awards and came 16th on the Smartcompany.com.au Smart 50 Companies list.

Also Crust was listed as a finalist in two categories at the BRW Private Business Awards and recently became a finalist in the My Business magazine awards for Best Retailer.

As everyone knows our crowning achievement was becoming the first and only pizza brand to earn the Heart Foundation Tick of Approval during 2008. Crust finally earned the Tick of Approval on 6 new pizzas which were launched on the 12th of February 2008.

Radical Sportscars

Why Radical ?

Because Greg Smith's love of bikes moved on to fast cars and his involvement with Radical and regular ciclismo training made it a natural fit !

Radical Australia is the Exclusive Distributor for car sales and parts sales in Australia.

Radical Australia was founded in 2006 by three existing Radical Sportscars owners.  Each had a corporate and business management background and each shared a passion and desire at that time to optimise the Radical experience both on and off the track.

Working closely with the UK factory, Radical Australia has built a unique service offering.  The ethos is to provide a customer-focused service and experience unparalleled within traditional motorsport offerings, akin to the customer focus now provided by all prestige road car manufacturers and lifestyle service providers.

Radical Australia is now the largest importer of race cars into Australia by volume, and arguably the largest managed race team fleet in Australia.

Over 45 Radicals are stored and maintained in Sydney for permanent Arrive & Drive customers.  Radical Australia also provide technical support to privateer teams.  There are now over 60 cars in Australia with expectations those numbers will multiply as Radical spreads into other States.

Victorian-based race team managers, Greg Murphy Racing, have been appointed as the Victorian agent to support the local owners and work with Radical Australia to develop a State-based Clubman Cup in 2012.  Display cars are available for inspection at GMR.  Wakefield Park-based race team manager, Navybox School of Motorsport has also been appointed as an agent to support privateers.  Expansion plans for Perth in Western Australia and also New Zealand are well in advance.

Based on track at Eastern Creek International Raceway in Sydney, Radical Australia achieved the honour of being awarded Radical Distributor of the Year in 2010.

With eight full-time employees based at Eastern Creek, Radical Australia can provide an end-to-end service for customers who with to avail themselves of a complete Arrive & Drive experience.  Owners' cars are stored, maintained and supported by Radical trained technicians in accordance with factory approved procedures.  Factory Driver and Workshop Manager, Garth Walden and his team  of mechanics ensure all cars are prepped, delivered and, when necessary track tested to optimise safety and performance.

Our Events Manager & Customer Liaison Executive, Maeve Ryan ensures all logistics and customer needs are attended.  With 38 events scheduled for the 2011 season, there is always a track day, race school day or race meeting to allow drivers generous track-time.

In 2011 there are two race series.  For the first time in Australia a single marque enduro series known as the Radical Australia Cup-mirrored upon the Radical international race series-is being conducted.  Commencing in April at Wakefield Park, there are five rounds over five consecutive months covering five different tracks along the East coast of Australia.  The enduro series will run under the Shannons Nationals card and be featured on national television.  The winner will recieve a fully-funded race seat plus all airfares and accommodation to compete in the Radical European Masters round at Nurburgring in 2012.

A second series known as Radical Clubman Cup will be a NSW based sprint series with nine rounds,  including one day and mid-week events.

Various track day formats and race school events are planned throughout the year to appeal and cater to all levels of drivers.  From novice to lap record racing drivers, Radical Australia have track events to ensure plenty of track-time.

The Radical Sportscar has proved to be easy to drive with FIA safety features appealing to both the gentlemen drivers and racers alike.

The emergence of the new SR8 V8 model will see those cars being included as a separate class within the Radical Australia Cup in 2012.
